Canada Day Event
July 2024: The VRCC made an appearance at this year's Canada Day festivities promoting local climate action.
Power Play Event with Reimagine Westshore
July 2024: "Power Play - Everything Electric", hosted by ReImagine Westshore and supported through a generous grant from the Town of View Royal, was a free all-ages event at the Victoria Scottish Community Centre in View Royal. This fun family event promoted the best in electric and showcased how living more sustainably can be a lot of fun. Mayors from View Royal and Colwood faced off for the title of Top Chef using induction cook tops hooked up to electric Ford F150 Lightning Trucks.
